Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic practice linking breath and movement. Elegant sequencing helps build heat, concentration, endurance, strength and flexibility in equal measure. Advanced asanas, including inversions and arm balances, will be offered as well as modifications. All levels welcome.

A blend of Yin-influenced yoga, Restorative postures and gentle flow yoga. Sequences are designed to be a mindful flow of long-held postures that stretch and stimulate the body's deep connective tissues. The ideal complement to dynamic forms of yoga and fitness practices. Excellent for athletes and beginners. All levels welcome.

Sun Moon

A combination of active and restorative postures. The class begins with the sun and activity emulating the day, then shifts into a restorative and nurturing session as the sun sets and the moon rises overhead. This class will build heat with a Vinyasa flow throughout the first half, then balance the practice with passive postures; optimizing healing energy to the organs, calming the nervous system, enhancing immunity and digestion. All levels welcome.

Six-week Beginner's Workshop, 75 minutes; Mondays, 7:30 pm; Next session TBA

This six-week course is designed to teach newcomers and those who want to learn more about the foundations of yoga practice. Classes will focus on breath work, the anatomy of a sun salutation and introduce various standing poses and inversions. Each week the course will focus on a different aspect of practice. You will need a yoga mat and a good sense of humor. Classes will begin promptly at 7:30, so please arrive early, preferably between 7:15 - 7:20 to be ready at class start.
